Fair to Good

I have asked several times to meet to discuss the issue and have not been successful. It is disappointing because there are many positive qualities but this stonewalling about meeting to address my issue is very disappointing.

reviewed on: 06/29/2020 by Pat HThe staff was very on top of getting the residents clean and keeping their hygiene up, whether that be through assisting with bathing or changing sheets. The personal care was extraordinary and the community always smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly. Every time I walked in, there was a group engaged in some activity. They had music and outside entertainment available and they were very creative with how they kept the residents busy. They were very accommodating with the residents and made sure they did their best to adjust to each individual's needs. The management were great too from the director to the nursing director, they were all loving and caring people. Hearthstone Estates was worth the price and it was never astronomical.

reviewed on: 03/09/2015 by Mae G.My Dad has been a resident at Hearthstone for 4 months now. He enjoys participating in all activities and wishes there were more. He is receiving excellent care. His doctors have commented that his blood work looks great. He has made friends. I especially like the single corridor that wraps around the facility and the small number of residents. He doesn't get lost. You need a code to get out which is helpful for my Dad due to his dementia.

reviewed on: 12/06/2016 by AnonymousThe staff were nice and they did answer my questions for my mom's care. This was not a community in a traffic in this area, which would of made it hard to get to. The room is nice and my mom would of liked the outdoor area for walking. I know that it was the area would of been a struggle to get to when I would need to visit my mom. I do think that this community is nice and I would recommend this community to other families based on the needs of a loved one.
