The staff is exceptional, very friendly, and just overall there to help! The therapy services are great here! The staff has brought me such a feeling of security. They really go out of their way to do a good job for their patients! Oh my gosh - the place is phenomenal! It is so well kept and beautiful. I really do not have anything to complain about in any way. The only suggestion I have would be to maybe have a clearer schedule in terms of when the therapy takes place.

reviewed on: 07/25/2019 by AnonymousOverall, I have been very pleased with Willow Springs. It has been wonderful actually. The therapy has been very helpful for my father so far. They are nicest the aides, they are so kind and pleasant. I cannot tell you how friendly the staff has been that have cared for my father. The only thing I want to mention is the menu for the meals is way too small of a print. We were unable to read it and my father had to send back three of his meals because he did not want that option. I will say that the meals are very good. There is absolutely no smell or odor and they keep it very clean.
