reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousI am very happy with the facility so far. I feel good having my mother there and know that she is being taken care of. The staff is exceptional, very friendly, and just overall there to help! The therapy services are great here! The staff has brought me such a feeling of security. They really go out of their way to do a good job for their patients! Oh my gosh - the place is phenomenal! It is so well kept and beautiful. I really do not have anything to complain about in any way. The only suggestion I have would be to maybe have a more clear schedule in terms of when the therapy takes place.

First the basics it’s clean, it’s mostly quiet, it’s comfortable and the facilities seem to be very well maintained. The food has been very good and very good variety. The kitchen and Ted seems to go out of their way to keep you happy. Now the most important part, the people. My aids are amazing, Edin, Gracie and Maggie (little) took excellent care of me and made my stay exceptional. As I am preparing to leave tomorrow I would like to say that I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing their services. Ralph, the administrator, was always attentive to my needs and reacted expediently to anything I needed or for that or for that matter wanted. It might be interesting to note that this was not my first choice when I knew I was going to a rehab but I can tell you this if I need a rehab in the future this will be number one on my list. I would like to name everyone that was involved in my care and therapy but I will instead say Thank You all for making a difficult time extremely comfortable.

reviewed on: 03/31/2020 by AnonymousThe therapy has been great at Willow Springs. When it comes to the nurses some are good and some don't seem to stay in the room longer than three minutes. Communication has been poor all around. They do not tell you when anything is, no one ever seems to know anything. I have to be very proactive about getting information.

reviewed on: 11/27/2018 by AnonymousIt's wonderful. They make my husband get up and about even when he does not want to and that is wonderful. The girls in the rehab center are amazing. The staff are right on target and call me back immediately. The nurses are very patient with him and come when he needs them. The facility is very nice. My husband made friends with the cleaning lady, she is a good cleaning lady.
