Review of Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center
reviewed on: 06/11/2019 by AnonymousThey are treating my dad with so much respect and care. They come in and talk with him and they all love him. The whole entire staff is great. It is clean and there is no bad smell. The entire staff tells me what is happening.
Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousEverybody has been very kind to my wife. I've spoken to several of the staff and they're very enthusiastic and very caring about her progress. She has one aide who seems to be very nice and is very kind to her. My wife likes the food, she's very hard to please, and that's been unexpected. I've only heard from the therapist.
Review of Willow Springs Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
reviewed on: 10/29/2019 by AnonymousThey're very caring people. They have my wife's best interests at heart. They're very kind and all-around helpful. The PT is great. I don't know too much about the OT and speech therapy. The therapists are caring. I can see the improvement she's making on the PT. I'm pleased with what I see. The staff that I see most often are great. I don't see the weekend people too often, but as far as I can tell, they are really good. The ones I see have so much devotion to the patient. I haven't met an unfriendly one yet! They come around every morning and sweep the room. It may taste good, but she's on a purred diet. I've had a couple of complimentary meals, and they are better than many restaurants I've been to! I ask questions, and if they don't have the answer, they figure it out! I haven't talked to any doctors.

Review of Willow Springs
reviewed on: 07/25/2019 by AnonymousWe are still learning the ropes. The nurses seem very nice and if my mom presses her call button they come into see if she needs something and they say they will be back. There is not as much care on the weekend. It took a while to get a diet for chopped food. I think they are doing what they can with her. The nurses are very good. It is clean. The PT and dietary are good with communicating.
