It's a Good Reason for the Review
reviewed on: 09/29/2020 by AnonymousOverall it is a nice building and they really are working to help the residents. 90% of the staff was nice and the other 10% didn't care. I feel the night staff treated my loved one poorly. The staff was moved around a lot of the time.
Best Place for Dad
reviewed on: 10/08/2019 by EdwardWe moved my dad here several years ago after my mom died. He was very lonely and we thought that it would be good for him to be able to do things with his peers. We looked at several communities and thought that Cardinal Village was the best choice. The rooms were very large with wonderful screened in patios. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, caring and accommodating and you got such a warm feeling when you walked into the building. You could see that everyone enjoyed living here and that they were well cared for. My dad has thrived living at Cardinal Village. We are so glad that we made this decision to move him here. We would highly recommend this community if you are looking. We can't say enough good things about everyone & everything.
Stress relief thanks to Cardinal
reviewed on: 03/16/2016 by Barbra E BerkowitzMy Mother was in Cardinal Village awhile back and I have to say prior to her going there my stress was incredible, however once I got her settled in her nice apartment with a lovely little screened in porch, almost immediately the staff there took great care of her and took a great deal of stress and worry from me. Since that time my Mother has passed, however I work in the Health Industry so I still go over to Cardinal for various functions and have gotten to know Karen Dixon the Marketing Director there, she is a lovely person who is a big help to families as well as the rest of the staff. I highly recommend Cardinal Village.
Excellent Nursing Staff

While it was difficult for him to make the transition, it was the professionalism and caring attitude of the management and staff at Cardinal Village that made this transition go smoothly. All healthcare providers involved in his care were total professionals and took a special interest in making sure he was comfortable, especially the nursing staff. Since they are on-site, 24 hours, it gave us peace of mind that he would always receive the care he needed, 24/7.

It is a very clean and wonderful place to bring your loved ones. They will get loving care there. Thank you to all of the nurses and staff!!!
