Everything is going fine!!reviewed on: 08/28/2017 by Anonymous
i have no complaints of how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have all been wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the quality of care she has been receiving. I like the open floor plan as well as many of the great amenities they have provided for the residents. Overall it has been a great place for my mom and I would recommend it to anyone interested,
Safe and Friendly Environmentreviewed on: 06/07/2016 by Anonymous
My parent has not been a resident for very long at Spring Meadows Summit but so far, the staff has been friendly and attentive to all request made of them. Over all the residence is clean but it is time to replace the hall carpets since it is looking rather worn out. Housekeeping is responsive to any concerns and keeps the public areas of the facility very clean. So far there are many activities, indoors as well as field trips to keep the seniors busy and the activity coordinator tries to encourage everyone to participate in an activity. It may be expensive to live there but it certainly gives one peace of mind that their loved one is residing in a safe and friendly environment and where assistance is just a call button away.
Great Facitlilty...reviewed on: 03/11/2020 by anonoymous
I am very happy with the care my parent is given here. Most of the aides are there for you...As in any situation, you have to be on top of things but for the most part all is well. My parent does have a hard time with vision and I wish the staff would help with their meal choices because lunches and dinners are always the same.
Had To Come Back To The Facilityreviewed on: 11/08/2016 by Anonymous
They are wonderful and we used them 8 years ago for my dad. It is a small community but they still had caregivers from 8 years ago. The nurse had helped me greatly and they go over and beyond to get him back to the way he was. They influence activities rather than sitting in their rooms. The staff know us and can always tell us where he is at when visiting. Within 2 weeks they contacted me and told me that he does not need the level of care we are paying for. The cost was cut down in half and they have been working with us. I would recommend my friends to them.
Review of Spring Meadows Summitreviewed on: 06/22/2021 by anonymous
My loved one was at Spring Meadows Summit for about 6 months and we had to move out because they felt that they could not provide the care that he was needing. I was not super impressed with our experience here.
