Mom's Care
reviewed on: 09/20/2016 by AnonymousThis is a nice community. The staff is excellent and very caring for the needs that need to be taken care of . The food appears to be good. We are happy that they do have activities for others who want to join in and stay active. I would recommend this community for good care for others.
Woodcrest is a very nice place.
reviewed on: 03/15/2016 by AnonymousWoodcrest is extremely considerate of the residents. They keep me informed of my mom's doctor appointments or her daily routine. She likes it there. She has a new roommate. It is extremely clean. There are a lot of activities and twice a month out side activities. Bingo, workout class, movies, puzzles, they do activities based around the holidays. She likes the majority of the food and they are accommodating and will make a grilled cheese if she doesn't like the menu options. Woodcrest is a very nice place for someone who needs a little bit of help.

reviewed on: 08/30/2016 by AnonymousMom is still adjusting to living at Woodcrest. It has been a tough transition but she likes the staff and I think this will help with the transition. She likes the food and they do offer different choices. One of the reasons I chose this community is that it is bright, clean and the staff always say hello. Mom does like the bible study they offer. I would recommend this community.
Very Happy
reviewed on: 03/11/2015 by Happy with WoodcrestMy Mom has been at Woodcrest for about 5 years. We worked through some kinks with meds, hearing aid service, roommates, and difficult residents, but overall I am very happy with Woodcrest. They have addressed every issue with care and worked through resolution. Mom is very happy there and has made friends. They are also affordable, as far as assisted living goes. Mom has been in two previous facilities, which were a bad experience.
