Community Reviews
Accommodating and friendly
reviewed on: 10/19/2021 by KarenNot only is The Landing community very clean, beautiful, pleasing to the eye and well maintained but the friendliness of the staff members has continued to stand out to us. Their constant help to our family whether its giving us meals when we come to visit or helping us move our loved one in, they have been amazing. From the house keeping to the director they are all just wonderful. Even though our loved one does not always participate in the activities, there is always plenty of opportunities to get involved.
The Landing of Brighton is a lovely community!!!
reviewed on: 08/30/2016 by AnonymousThis community is a little pricier than the community we choose. The location was harder to get to. The staff were nice and the community is clean. The rooms were a little smaller. If mom had the means we would have chosen this community.
This is the nicest place that we have seen
reviewed on: 12/16/2014 by AnonymousThis is the nicest place that we have seen throughout our senior living search. The staff was very friendly and the property was well kept. I did not get to see much of the activities because it was just built and they are still developing them. I did get to see what they had planned for activities, and I would say that they were great. There is always something planned everyday. They have excellent care services. Overall, I would rate this place a 5. We loved it!
Welcoming Staff and Caregivers
reviewed on: 09/21/2020 by HelenaThis community is awesome and I liked the staff. My loved on was well cared for. The food was delicious for my loved one. The room was private, and beautiful and had it's own private bath. The community has two floors. The community allows cats and my mom was in the hospital and the staff took care of the cat in her absence.
The Landing is a place where we envisioned our Mother living.
reviewed on: 10/16/2015 by Sharon HamannThe Landing is very clean and well organized. Everyone who works there is friendly, helpful and pleasant. Staff who had not met my mother yet, addressed her by her name in the dining area. She did not have a name tag. They check on her if they don't see her in the dining room. They were all very helpful during the process of settling her in. My sister and I could not be any happier with the Landing. It is what we envisioned for our mother. My mother comments frequently how nice everyone is-staff and residents.
