Perfect home for dad

It's a difficult decision and he was initially adamant about not leaving his house. Once he experienced the attention and beauty of Bristal it all changed. He's not only happier but his health is improving too. I'm so grateful to Denise, Pamela and the whole staff for his care and patience.
Happy with Bristol

My mother ended up in the Reflections unit and had great treatment and my father would come over and stay with her all day. End of life came for her and the hospice set up was very helpful for the family. My father has continued to live at Bristol and is happy with his studio apartment, the care they give him keeps him busy. Overall, we could not find a better place for our aging parents.
Memory care unit
reviewed on: 01/11/2018 by Sarah KI was lucky enough to know someone working at The Bristal in Sayville and was able to move my mom into the last room (at the time) available in their memory care unit quickly. I had no choice but to keep my mom safe and I knew the locked unit was what she needed. I did not feel they had to "sell" it to me. I was confident she was well taken care of; had the ability to call or visit unannounced and satisfied with the care she was given. The staff was wonderful and the facility well cared for. I know my mom was well taken care of.

First we had a tour with Denise Milligan, Director Of Community Relations, who answered our multiple questions. The place is clean, busy, and friendly. Another visit & follow-up questions were answered and they helped us with the paperwork. We brought my aunt from out-of-state. Everyone was helpful. Venessa A., Director of Reflections who is in charge of the Reflections unit and their staff are available, responsive, and friendly. My aunt is very happy there and likes the food.
