Very caring and friendly staff.
Why we chose Spring Hillreviewed on: 03/10/2016 by Mike Nawroth
We chose Spring Hills Singing Woods over other assistant living locations for the following reasons: 1. made my mom welcome by the hospitality by all the staff (nurses ,dietitian, cleaning personnel & management) . 2. other residents interacted with my mom making her feel "special". 3.when management showed us around ,they answered all our questions & let us make the final decision without any pressure. 4. we thought the price was fair. 5. it was explained to us that they would keep mom busy so she wouldn't feel lonely.
Best assisted living community in Dayton!reviewed on: 03/26/2019 by Anonymous
Spring Hills Singing Woods is one of the best facilities in Dayton, OH. Every staff member is kind and patient with our parents and look out for them constantly. Our parents love the food (my step-father is very picky so this speaks volumes). The activities are catered towards the residents interests, including Irish dancers on St. Patrick's day, llama and animal visits, music and vocal concerts and a party for every holiday. There are daily exercise programs, crafts and puzzles, religious services and a strong sense of community among residents and staff. The communication with our parents continued care and changes in their health are communicated well. The administration and liaison between staff and residence/families exceeds our expectations. This community truly puts the residence and their families first. A few members of our extended family reside in differing assisted living communities within Dayton, OH and Spring Hills Singing Woods surpasses them all! I highly recommend this community for any family member!
Review of Spring Hill - Singing Woods in Dayton, OHreviewed on: 01/09/2015 by Anonymous
Very clean - always nice smell - been there 2 years - had nurse issues for a few months. Better now. Front door is NOT powered for residents and is very difficult to take resident out in wheel chair. No shelter and small ramp for loading resident. Reg. size door large items will not fit thru. them. Had to buy items to fit thru. small door.
Nice, Clean Communityreviewed on: 05/02/2017 by Anonymous
I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and welcoming. The community was nice, and clean. The staff was polite, and informative. My questions were answered. The location was convenient, but I did find another community that suited our needs better.
