Just overall our experience with my mom has been excellent.
reviewed on: 05/01/2014 by AnonymousThey’re doing much better with the activities. I think they’ve just hired an activity director. Now they are having an activity everyday. I'd give them a five on the activities. Just overall our experience with my mom has been excellent. Everyone was so friendly! She tells everyone how she loves it. We have eaten there quite a bit. They do a good job. We wanted a place where she felt comfortable and safe.
Landings of Huber Heights review
reviewed on: 08/20/2020 by LoreyThe staff at the Landings of Huber Heights have been very attentive and understanding. I am very pleased with my mother's care and the extra effort that the staff has provided given the restrictions of COVID 19. The need for outdoor visits has been explained and managed well. The staff also provide access to appointments that I would normally provide, but do not due to the need for residents to quarantine for 2 weeks if they leave the facility, per infection control protocol. The staff are gracious and accommodating and allow me to gain updates on my mother's care and condition, often. I am also able to send any supplies and personal needs to Landings via delivery and my mother is able to have these needed supplies as she needs them.
Good Place for memory care
reviewed on: 12/13/2018 by klMy mom has been in memory care at the landings for a little over two months now. The caregivers are a great group of people who really care about their residents. They take the time to find out what makes them tic and cater to their special needs. The food doesn't always seem to be great, but sometimes is really good. The rooms are nice and the community areas give us plenty of room when a bunch of family visits at the same time. The activity calendar looks good, ,bu is really more for the independent/assisted living side of the landings. Overall we are very happy with the care that mom receives at the landings of huber heights.
How Blessed my Brother is to be in a safe place at this time in his life.
reviewed on: 08/21/2020 by Harry McClureWow where do I start to talk about how awesome the level Care and Service; both for their family members and residents is there at The Landings of Huber Heights. From day one I could not have asked for a better facility to entrust my brother Eugene Banks, physical, wellness and spiritual state of mind at this time in his life (Thank you God). I do not want to omit anyone’s name, so I am going to rate by dept: Executive Director ***** Billing dept ***** Event Planner **** Doctor ***** Nursing Staff ***** The Aides ***** Dietary Dept ***** Housekeeping **** Building Maintenance *** This is my assignment at this time in my life and it is not easy, but because of God directing my steps to the Landings of Huber Height it helped. I truly thank all of you there for what you do for my brother and the other resident, my pray for all of you is; Gods Love, Peace of Mind, Good Health and safe from all heart harem and danger. The Bible reads: But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. 1 Timothy 5:8 NKJ Thank You Harry McClure
