A nice community for care
reviewed on: 08/26/2017 by AnonymousWe toured this community for my father. We liked the staff. The community was clean and they have a lot of different buildings for the residents. My father wanted a bigger room than what was available at the time needed. We would recommend this community from what we saw from this nice tour.
Nice looking place

The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. They have a cottage style setup, with the residents being divided into smaller groups based on care needs. The individual rooms are very nice. However, I thought my loved one would be more comfortable at a larger more interconnected community.
The turnover is pretty high, and they are a little understaffed.

Getting a callback can also be difficult, communication in general can be difficult. Things are not always exactly the way they say they are in the beginning. The food is pretty good, she doesn't complain about the food and they are usually prompt with that. She does think that they keep it a little too cold, it's overly air conditioned. It's clean, and the people are really friendly. Getting in and settled in wasn't as smooth as we thought, they didn't do an orientation, or really show us around, it wasn't as welcoming as we had hoped. We chose them because we had read some good reviews. We liked that they had all the different levels of care.

Very friendly attentive staff
reviewed on: 10/21/2020 by Sheila TiddleI would want other to know that this facility does not provide any linens or things such as soap and diapers, so you will need to provide that for your loved one. They have an outdoor porch area where residents are able to visit with their loved ones even during COVID and they still have bingo and other activities that they are keeping residents busy during the virus. The staff members have been very accommodating to my mothers routine and always call whenever anything happens, they are great at communication. It is always the same staff members who take care of the residents, so I know them and they know their residents very well. Overall, we have had a good experience so far.
