A happy beginning to a new phase of life
reviewed on: 11/07/2016 by Shelagh RossMy aunt has only been there for a few days but so far everything has surpassed our expectations. A very friendly staff who have been very welcoming and helpful, and also some very nice residents who have offered to show her around and sit with her during her first few meals. The apartment is cozy and well out-fitted and so far she is very happy there!
It's a nice place. Mom seems to be happy here.
reviewed on: 08/21/2015 by AnonymousIt's a nice place. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Mom seems to be happy here. Sometimes they will over bill, or double bill for something, but when I bring it up they are quick to address it, and get it fixed right away, but something to keep your eye out for. We chose it because we liked the location. So far it's been working out well.
Nice Staff!!
reviewed on: 06/13/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints about the visit I had at this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions that I had for them. They gave us a great overall tour and had a lot of nice amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the fit for my mother in the end decision.
Dropped everything to ensure safety
reviewed on: 07/15/2019 by Kelsey HannahMy mother lived in the independent building and as she was having a crisis and needed help I walked in late on a business day just as the General Manager was leaving and she stopped everything to ensure my mothers needs were met. I do agree that it is quite expensive to live in this residence but you pay for the ability to go home at night and know that you loved ones are going to be well cared for and for that it is priceless. If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one this is a great place in my opinion.
5 thumbs up
reviewed on: 04/21/2019 by ElizabethThis is a wonderful home that cares about the residents. Long standing staff members makes the care more consistent for my father. Managment has changed quite frequently but finally seems to be a team that is passionate and caring.
