Things are going good with my Mom at Farmington Square. They are very helpful. My Mom and Grandma are both there. They do have activities and coming up there is an annual fundraiser that they do.... Read the full review.

Rachael the marketing director was very nice and more than helpful. But the rooms were to small to accomodate my mothers wheelchair and bed. I do not see how my parents could share the space.

Older facility.'Transitions' program seems appropriate for Mom's level of dementia. Very good location. Medicaid contract.
