reviewed on: 07/22/2019 by Denise T.I moved my loved one from another facility to Emerald Gardens. We couldn't be happier! The staff are extremely caring and treat us like we are part of a family. His clothes are always clean and neatly folded in his closet. His bed is always made. There are a lot of activities that my loved one is involved. I'm always invited to the activities and when I visit my loved one, he always has a story to tell me about what "he's done". My loved one is in memory care and he likes Emerald Gardens.
Smaller community!!

I did was not to thrilled about this place and nothing really stood out to me that I really liked. I just did not have a good feeling during my visit and decided this was not the right fit for my mother.

reviewed on: 10/06/2017 by AnonymousWhile the place is nice and the staff is friendly as well as personable, the move-in has been a hard adjustment for my spouse. Because of the painting going on my spouse has had to stay in his room secluded for the past couple of days. I hope his experience changes though after the painting is completed. Besides that the facility seems nice and I expect it to be more enjoyable.

The staff is very caring and are always willing to help my mom. She lives in assisted living and needs some extra attention at times. The caregivers never make her feel guilty or at fault. They always assure her that they are there to help her anytime she needs them. They offer fun things for the residents to do but they make sure they stay distant from each other. They are very diligent about keeping everyone safe from disease. They are always open to helping me take care of my mom since I'm not able to visit with her. They are always patient with my questions and concerns. Please contact them if you have someone you love that needs the extra care they can provide.
