Friendly, caring staffreviewed on: 01/26/2015 by Anonymous
I think they did a good job overall at Clarks Summit Senior Living. Whenever I would visit the staff would recognize me and greet me by name. The entire place just had a very warm, friendly atmosphere. You could tell the staff really care about the residents, they always seemed very focused and engaged. They could have been a bit more attentive to my loved one's blood sugar levels, however.
Very good job, overallreviewed on: 03/04/2014 by B B
My loved one hasn't been here too long, but so far they appear to be doing a very good job overall. The staff are all very friendly, and they do a great job at engaging with all of the residents and really getting to know everyone. They also look like they have a good variety of activities, although my loved one doesn't really participate.

Clarks Summit Senior Living does a fantastic job overall! The staff here are careful, thorough, and polite, they take wonderful care of the people who live here. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they've got plenty to offer in terms of services and activities. I'd give them top marks across the board, I am very pleased with it.
Placement of Step Dadreviewed on: 12/04/2013 by Joan B
Investigated three facilities and found the Clarks Summit Senior Living not only the nicest but the most reasonably priced. Staff was very helpfull at all leves. My step Dad has been in the facility for a few weeks now and is adjusting slowly. This is a chalange for him as he has lived alone for 9 years and lived out in the country. On top of that he does not drive. We find the the food is wonderful, the staff is always there to assist is needed and the residents are friendly. His room is very nice and allows for privacy. All in all he could not be in a better place.

So far they seem to be doing a good job. The facility itself always appears well kept and clean, and the staff and residents always seem friendly. I'd like to see them have a bit more variety when it comes to activities, and work a little harder when it comes to getting the residents involved.
