My mother's home
reviewed on: 12/27/2016 by AnonymousI am really happy that my mom likes this community a lot. The staff is very helpful and very nice. We like that she has a clean community. The food is very good and my mom likes everything that is served. She participates with a lot of the great activities. We would highly recommend this community to other families for the great care and value that is received.
Seemed like a nice place
reviewed on: 04/21/2015 by AnonymousWe toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place overall, it was clean and well kept and the staff were friendly. However, I don't think it would have been the best fit for my loved one, we were looking for something a bit larger and more active.
Dad at Norbert's
reviewed on: 03/01/2017 by JHNorbert's took very good care of my Dad during his stay. His health and appetite improved greatly after being there for only one week. The staff there were wonderful and were very prompt at filling any requests we made. The room was a nice size, furnished with a kitchen. I was happy we moved my Dad there and would recommend them. The care he received there was excellent.
Home
reviewed on: 08/02/2018 by susan medvedMy mom recently passed away at Norberts. Our family was so pleased with her caregivers and she loved the home cooked food (a really amazing endorsement as she was a great cook/had little appetite). Special thanks to Ray, his wife, Mia, and Cami. You made my mom feel loved and safe. My gratitude!
Positive experience
reviewed on: 08/20/2021 by anonymousMy first impression of Nortbert Personal Care was that was very clean and no fowl smells. Everyone does a great job keeping the place clean. Also the cost was a big factor, they do not charge for different levels of care, it is all inclusive. They work with all types of bed lifts, the staff are very well trained. They pretty much care for all types of disabilities.
