Safe Place!!
reviewed on: 09/13/2016 by AnonymousI would recommend Brookdale Sumter to family and friends. The staff is attentive and nice. The meal portions that my loved one has are good and healthy. There are some music activities that my loved one likes. Many more activities are also offered on site. My loved one is doing great and they are most importantly safe.

reviewed on: 12/17/2019 by MariettaThe Brookdale Senior Living facility was excellent. They were friendly and did all they could help us get settled in. They helped us get the furniture that we needed . They were helpful in getting medical assistance and helped us get to places that we needed to attend. They helped us get to appointments.
As her son, I wouldn't put my mamma anywhere else
reviewed on: 09/21/2020 by Jeffery ArmWe chose Brookdale Sumter because they assured us that this is where my mom would be comfortable. They call me all the time and let me know how my mom is doing. They really know how to work with residents who have onset dementia. I am happy with the care she is getting. I want to tell people looking into Brookdale to give them a shot because I would not put my mom anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend the facility.
Heard nothing but good things!
reviewed on: 02/03/2014 by Loved oneI haven't personally gotten a chance to visit my loved one here yet (but I've got a trip planned), but after all the trouble we had with her previous facility near me this place has been a huge change! I've heard nothing but good things from my relatives. The staff have been great about communication. I'm always able to get in touch with someone, and they get back to me immediately with responses to any questions I've had.
