Just A Good Experience
reviewed on: 10/03/2015 by AnonymousIt is a new facility and I think the staff has been more than accommodating for trying to get my mother in there and get her situated. It has just been a good experience, I do not know what else there is to say.

reviewed on: 09/13/2017 by AnonymousThis community is very nice. The staff is very friendly and kind very patient. We are so happy with the care my grandmother is getting. The community is very nice always clean and well maintained. She seems to like the food from what we can tell. With her dementia, it's hard to tell from day to day but as long as she is safe and getting the good care we are comfortable.
I checked the rest and this is the best!

The way you can that is, the minute you set foot on the property you see a clean bright facility. You Are immediately met with friendly smiling staff. There 24 hr nursing is the of best of the best. Onsite Doctor visits. I could easily go on and on, but you really have to come and see for yourself.

The staff knows and calls them by name, and their apartment is always immaculate. Pros: Always clean Grounds well kept Friendly staff Attractive, upscale decor Responsive to alert calls inside building Lots of activities on and offsite which are well run Shuttle service to Wal Mart and other errands Other residents generally pleasant and welcoming Easy access from west Nashville Cons: Shared cable service is weak Hard to reach staff at when calling from outside the building Food is pretty basic High staff turnover Building has some interior cracks that have not been repaired
A good fit for us
reviewed on: 11/03/2020 by Diane SkeltonWe chose Vantage Pointe Village because of the location, it is only a couple miles away from our home which is nice. The room she is in is pretty spacious. I have eaten here and the food was just ok, but she seems to enjoy all the meals provided. The best part about the community so far has been the fact that they are keeping the residents safe with everything going on. They are still doing limited activities and have also taken the residents on bus rides to get them out more. I would recommend the community.
