She called it "home." My mom loved the food that was served and the dietary staff asked her if she has special requests. The staff seemed to love and care for my mother. I will always be thankful for that. I will always be thankful for that. I highly recommend The John M. Reed Center!

'Fun' we sit in the 'courtyard' on nice days. The staff works very hard to make it pleasant for us patients. The food is very very good. I would refer this place to anyone.

Frustrating
reviewed on: 03/18/2021 by anonymousWe chose Family Ministries at the time because we were self pay and they were within the budget they could afford. We thought since it was ministry based it would be an excellent fit for my mom, and it is in a beautiful setting with beautiful view. Unfortunately, they over promised and undelivered. She had repeated falls while she was here and was in the hospital 3 times within a 5 day period. It was difficult to get the head nurse to ever call me back. The staff was not communicating, I would take things for my mom and they would call me 2 days later and tell me she was out of things that I had just brought her. A lot of the things I bought for her disappeared. It was a very frustrating experience.
