The A/ C and heating system is old and does not function adequately. MGT. is trying to replace. (They claim)

reviewed on: 10/02/2019 by WilliamThis area is close to a lot of good eating places. Housing in this area are very old, but very well taken care of. Also the Greenline Trail is a good trail to walk, and also safe as a lot of people walk it.

Also, there is a yearly maintenance fee. On behalf of my friend...my own thoughts are the place was friendly, clean, the residents were happy, and there was a lot to do.

They only complaint my loved one has it that they keep the community a little warm. The activities director is really sweet and treats the residents like they are her grandparents.
