Number one, you've gotta give them a go, because they are one of the better ones in the area. I've had absolutely no problems with them. The billing has been right on. I'm not dissatisfied with one thing that they do. I would say you should go with them.
Our experience has been nothing but positive.reviewed on: 02/17/2021 by Anonymous
My parents moved into The View 3 years ago. The minute we walked into the facility we all knew this would be their new home. The facility was immaculate clean and felt cozy. Mom & Dad immediately felt comfortable. Leaving their home was very difficult but moving into The View made the transition much easier. The staff has always been loving and provides very excellent care. There has not been a day they have been unhappy with the facility or services. My family has never worried about our parents. My father passed away at The View 2 years ago. The staff was incredibly caring and professional during this process. They have made mom feel loved after his passing. My family is eternally grateful! Our family feels like we have an extended family caring for our mother. We can't thank the staff enough for their concern and love they have shown to our family.
Our experience with Holy Cross Villagereviewed on: 03/12/2021 by anonymous
We were sometimes not happy with their Covid protocol. They did not require quarantining of residents re-entering the community. Sometimes they would follow protocol and other times would not. They did have some Covid breakouts, and they reassigned resident rooms accordingly to separate healthy residents from the ones who were sick. We found the one bredroom rooms are really small. Also the increases for different levels of care were astronomical. We were really impressed with the social worker that was there. But our move out experience was not smooth.
