Great place with friendly, helpful staff

I admit that my parents, who are in their 90s, don't (and probably won't) take advantage of the activities, but the services are so helpful and delivered promptly and cheerfully. They have residential living, so they have meals (3/day), laundry, housekeeping, and the maintenance guys come up whenever they need a little help. They also use the in-house medical staff for basic care. The place is lovely, and we're looking forward to warmer weather when they can enjoy the outdoor areas. And no complaints from my parents.

reviewed on: 09/16/2020 by Richard GrumpI can’t say enough good things about Paul Springs. After visiting several other facilities, I happened to hear Paul Springs. As soon as I entered the building I realized that this was an entirely different kind of place. It is a community of residents and a staff of people that treat everyone as family. If you are looking for a community where people really care and where family members feel welcome and a valuable part of the community, Paul Springs is a great choice and some place you must visit.

The array of options for meals and activities as well as the beautiful views outside each apartment, is truly amazing. A great place to age in place with different levels of care available should you need it.
