Feels like home
reviewed on: 08/25/2019 by AnonymousMountain Terrace feels like home. My grandma lives here, and the facility is adorable with a warm atmosphere. My grandma loves all of the activities and is having so much fun trying new things... if she feels like it! She has wonderful relationships with the staff, and I feel confident her needs are being met. I love visiting her all the time and am always so impressed with how nice and helpful the staff is. I'm so happy that we found this place!

Things could have gone better!!
reviewed on: 08/24/2017 by AnonymousMy husband was recently at this community for a short respite stay and I have to say I was not that pleased with how things had went. He was left in his room for the majority of the time with no interaction. I wish the staff would have encouraged him to get involved in some of the activities or enjoy the dinning room experience.
Caring staff

I'm actual taking time to write this because they even offered me coffee while I waited a few minutes for my tour. The building is not new and you can tell people really LIVE in the spaces and they're not just for show. it was clean and the staff were caring and that is all that matters to me. We're just starting our search and a move may be in the far off future but it's nice to know that good places still exist.
