Management needs work...

Management does not seem to have much involvement with the residents as the lead on during the tour. I went back after a family friend had been placed in this facility and noticed residents trying to get managers attention and they just seemed to walk by. The care that the nurses on the floor provide is amazing. Management just needs to work on their part.
