reviewed on: 10/27/2021 by AnonymousThis has been a blessing for my loved one and family. The staff is very friendly. The residents are treated with respect. Some of the activities available include movies, exercise groups, family dinners, and more for the resident to choose from.
The best possible place for our Dad!
reviewed on: 11/09/2021 by Bertha YWe had my 92-year-old father-in-law living with us as it became apparent that he was not doing well on his own at home. When we were looking for a place for respite care so we could go on vacation, Cornerstone had a very flexible policy that suited us well. He took a tour and said he would be happy to stay there for 2 weeks, but only while we were away. When we returned from our vacation, he liked it so much that he decided to stay! It's now been 4 months, and he still is very happy there. The staff is so caring and attentive. Everyone is focused on what is best for the residents, and they truly make him feel welcome and part of the Cornerstone family. He has much more freedom to decide what he wants to eat and to do than he did at our home, and we love the convenient location so we can visit frequently.

The staff have all been very friendly and professional, and during our search they provided a lot of useful information. Everyone at the community seems well taken care of and comfortable. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they even do a good job with the food! It is a nice place overall, and I would recommend it to others looking in the area.
Meaningful and Engaging Programs - Great Place

They took great care to really get to know her and once they discovered that she was a teacher and loved poetry, they added a "Poetry with M." on the recreation calendar where she taught a class to other residents. She was engaged in a highly meaningful and personally engaging activity. She was also able to continue to enjoy another passion - visiting the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, while a resident at Cornerstone. The design of the Compass area is amazing for memory impaired people with lots of light, outdoor spaces, common and quiet areas for visiting and bright apartments. Both my sister and I work in health care and really researched places before moving mom to Cornerstone and could not have been more pleased with our decision.
An Impressive Tour
reviewed on: 09/21/2016 by AnonymousI thought this was a fancy community and it seemed like apart of other another corporation. The tour was impressive and I did have lunch. I thought it tasted very nice. This was also another community in my top choices.
