My Friend Is Doing Well at this Community
reviewed on: 11/16/2016 by AnonymousMy friend is doing well at this community. They are taking good care of her and her needs. She is doing very well, and everything is working out very well. The community is well maintained. Everything is neat and tidy. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I know she is safe and being cared for well at this community.
So far everything seems to be going well.

You aren't able to speak with anybody and no one wanted to take responsibility for their actions. There was only one staff member we could really talk to, if she was not around we could not get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend.

reviewed on: 10/19/2015 by AnonymousEmeritus at Laurel Gardens is in the remodel. The friendliness of the staff is a 10. Not long after my mother got there everyone was calling her by name. It was very impressive. No matter where I went in the facility, they all knew her by name. They have activities geared for the memory care residents, which I really appreciate. I felt like we got a lot of attention here. I am really pleased overall with this facility.

Thanks to the staff and there help my dad is dancing and has become involved with all the activities. We are very pleased with everything that has happened in such a short time.
