reviewed on: 12/03/2020 by AnonymousWe chose Brighton Gardens of Tuckerman Lane because they had a 2 room suite on the ground floor available. It has made it very nice especially during covid, we can do window visits. The doctor also recommended the facility. We have eaten here and the food is decent, they do have a dining area and you can make reservations to have meals with your loved one. The best part about this facility is the friendliness of the staff members.

I would recommend that you make sure that staff is available to meet your loved one's care needs. There wasn't enough monitoring of my loved one during their stay. My loved one was in the community during the pandemic. The staff was overall friendly. I felt the community was accommodating in allowing me to see my loved one and it is conveniently located. The community tried to assist the residents and families during this time. The food could have been improved. I would recommend you visit and check it out. I'm sure it is a different place with activities going on.

The menu is good and they offer healthy meals. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

reviewed on: 12/06/2016 by AnonymousThe staff here is great and they are doing a great job. The community is always kept clean and neat. Never any problems with that. I liked that they were the best that I had seen and they are really close to me. I can see my wife everyday now.
