Wonderful home for mom and dadreviewed on: 11/17/2019 by Susan L
Cannot say enough about the staff at the Bristal at North Hills. They all get to know both residents as well as families - not just their names but on a personal basis as well. My parents were so well taken care of and all their needs meet. Staff very friendly - always smiles and greetings to everyone. Great communication between staff and family members - my calls always returned promptly and they reached out to me keeping me updated. Plenty of activities, food plentiful and delicious, place spotless. My parents lived in the wellness area and then my mom in the memory care unit - everyone was so attentive and caring. I had peace of mind 24/7 knowing they were in such good hands.

Excellent staff especially Luann and Michelle who treat my mom like family. Experience has been A plus since day one. Staff is trained to be patient caring and anticipating of needs --understanding of senior population and anticipating emotional, physical and financial needs. Housing is on the luxury side, clean and activities varied. Friendly and upbeat environment. This was a big step to go from independent living to senior living and we are so happy we did.
Great Choicereviewed on: 02/01/2014 by Mom's Son
The building is well maintained and the apartments are fairly spacious. The staff really seems to care and take pride in their work. They greet, schmooze, and engage the residents, and there are always activities and excursions for those who want to participate. Food services are probably their weakest "asset", but then again, I find it hard to believe any single place can always satisfy everyone day in and out. Mom has been there for a few years and management and staff have always been responsive to any issues or concerns we've had, and I know she is well cared for.
Happy to be here!reviewed on: 02/22/2014 by The Olino Family
My parents have been living in the Reflections Unit at the Bristal, North Hills since June 2013. Their quality of life is much better than it was for a long time. They get a lot of attention, have lots of activities to keep them alert & active, have special parties & delicious, nourishing meals three times a day plus snacks, go on outings & are well cared for. The staff is affectionate, dedicated and above friendly. They keep me informed on how they are doing and if they need anything. They have a beauty parlor & physical therapy room along with a lovely sitting room for company as well as a sunny activity room. All their needs are met-physically, mentally & emotionally. They are both very happy there and we are so glad we chose it for their new home. We have no regrets.
