My review of Cascade Valley Memory Care

Staff listens to me and are helpful when i need help

Promising place but needs some improvement

Very nice owner but staff has language barriers. Meals are lacking and repetitive House needs better maintenance and cleaning. Does a good job with medications. No activities, TV and phone are problematic. Too techy for older people.

Our experience with Amada

I used them for a coupe of weeks for just a few days a week. The caregiver we had seemed to be good, it was more of a daycare service and my mom was fine. Our circumstances changed and we did end up needing more care than they were able to provide.

They were a joy to work with. HomeWell supported the family, and myself through a lot. I would recommend them to others. They arrived on time. Everything was smooth with them. It was clear that they cared. They bonded with my mother, and you could tell they wanted to know who she was. This was very comforting to all of us.

Would definitely recommend this service to others

The value is competitively priced but overall it is a good value, and all of the workers i have encountered are a five plus and the care services they have provided so far are a five plus.
