Taking Good Care Of My Mother
reviewed on: 09/13/2016 by AnonymousMy mother is doing pretty well here at this community. She is still adjusting, but I know she is in good hands. The community looks nice, they do a good job keeping everything well maintained. They have a very good staff here. Lori the director has been very kind and helpful. It has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

There have been times, however that I was not able to locate a staff member or there was only one on the floor. The food is good and they offer a good quantity. They do offer some activities. The management is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this community.

The community has a great staff, and they are taking very good care of her, and her needs. It is a very lovely community, and I would recommend it.

There is Always a staff member in-house, 24/7 Meals are very good, Mother raves all the time how much food is offered and how well-prepared. If you call a day ahead you can request to eat with your family member, no charge. Clergy comes Sunday to distribute Holy Communion. Many residents go out to the local churches. Facility owns a bus, so they can take residents shopping or out for a special meal. I have not met one staff member Yet who falls below my expectations, and we've been there 7 months. There's of course an up-charge for them to administer Mom's medications 4x a day but that is so totally worth it for her well-being, AND My Peace of Mind. All cottages are beautiful, fresh, very clean, with comfortable seating areas for families. Activities are bountiful, many of them can include families. If you haven't walked in and looked around yet, please do so - you will feel so much better about the decisions your family needs to make.
