My review of Charter Senior Living of Hermitage (Charter Senior Living)
reviewed on: 06/16/2021 by anonymousWe were able to do an in person tour and the community seemed really good, but it was an older establishment. It was did not really feel upbeat, and we noticed on the tour it did not have a big stimulating environment.
Great place for a loved one
reviewed on: 06/07/2021 by anonymousOur loved one immediately fell in love with Charter Senior Living, and so far she has had no complaints about the food. She says there are always activities to participate in, and there is something going on each day. She is very happy there so we are very happy with our decision.

A place for my loved one
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by DoloresI'm satisfied with Charter overall. Compared to other places we visited, I like they way they talk to the residents here. They talk to them like human beings and really seem concerned about them. I know that my loved one is safe, being fed three meals a day, and has a warm place to sleep. I wish I could continue to care for him myself, but I have peace of mind and can sleep at night knowing that he's well cared for here. The care does depend on what day you go and which caregivers are there. Some are so much better than others. There's a new administrator who we've not been able to talk with yet. But the people we deal with daily have all been pretty good. The food looks and smells very good, and the staff tell me he often askes for seconds. I know the staff helps our loved one color and draw a lot, and I believe they have a good routine for activities.
Nice looking place
reviewed on: 02/23/2015 by AnonymousWe visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought this was a very nice looking place, and it seemed very well run! It wasn't the best fit for our loved one, the independent living building was separate from where the dining and activities take place, and I didn't think my loved one would have been up to all the walking. Both their assisted living and independent living areas looked very nice, and I would recommend them as being worth a look!
