Less than expected for the moneyreviewed on: 04/13/2019 by Expected Better
Our mother has been in long term care a year now. We visit 4-7 days a week. The food is good, she is happiest about that, although they struggle to stay on a schedule. There are some very good employees, but, there is a lot of turnover in "technician's" and this has led to a lot of negligence, especially during the weekends. They only order incontinence "diapers" in size large, for use on every occupant regardless of the severity of their incontinence, or, physical size. Since the family gets charged back for these as "supplies" the least they could do is order the right capacity and size. Too many times we have stopped by for a visit and mom either reeks, or, has a puddle under her, and "techs" are gathered around the nurses station gossiping. Bells and lights ringing constantly. This is supposed to be a step up from public funded long term care, but, it is run like a warehouse.

The facility was great and the staff were all trying very hard. It was just too expensive for what I was looking for.
Kitchen Needs Updating, But A Nice Community Overallreviewed on: 08/11/2017 by Anonymous
My mother, and I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was friendly. The staff, and director were exceptional. The experience went very well, but my mother was not very ready to make the move yet. The only thing I would say I noticed, were the kitchen in the rooms. They need new cabinets, and updating. It is a nice community overall, and I would recommend it to a friend.

My Mom LOVES this place. So down to earth and friendly. The chapel looks like a real church instead of a multi-purpose room. Frequent opportunities for outings and fun things to do. The staff is very kind and patient. The administrative staff was so very helpful in helping me navigate my way and Kim Sosa was especially supportive and reassuring.

My mother-in-law has been in this facility for a number of years, and they do a great job. Her level of care is high, but the staff are very friendly and compassionate and do a great job of keeping her comfortable and safe. They're very about keeping the family informed about any problems or situations that come up.
